Blake Joerger

Real Estate Broker

Welcome. For more than a decade, Blake Joerger has served the entire Portland Oregon area. As Top Producing Broker, Blake is an ambitious, hard-working, and knowledgeable marketing professional renowned among his clients and colleagues.

It is a credit to Blake’s dedicated work ethic and client-centered focus that he frequently retains business from repeat clients and referrals. They know he will go above and beyond for them and that he isn’t afraid to step outside the lane and get his hands dirty when needed. Elbow grease goes a long way! His hands-on approach is why his real estate sales volume often put him in the International Sterling Society and International Diamond Society Club with Coldwell Banker.

With a combination of his ‘can do’ approach, service acumen, extensive network, and the usage of advanced technology, Blake excels at helping people sell their properties. Formally being a VP of Marketing for a Silicon Valley company, he is up to date with the latest cutting-edge technology to ensure his clients, whether a Seller or a Buyer, are getting the most innovative real estate industry tools for a successful transaction.

Blake was raised in Germany (Ja, er kann Deutsch) as his father was in the military. Yes, he’s a member of Navy Federal® Credit Union and USAA® Bank and is a Navy Federal® Preferred REALTOR®. His mother was a real estate broker, so he used to help her when he was in high school, setting up her open houses, going with her to check on her listings and ultimately getting the itch to be in the business. Blake likes to be engaged in the community, volunteering often in many non-profit organizations.

If you decide Blake is the right fit for you and feel an honest-to-goodness connection, Blake will strive to create an excellent experience with and for you. It’s not just about buying or selling a home, it’s about making the process rewarding and enjoyable.

“Isn’t it time we worked together?”
